Hi, I am Donna Spencer and am the spouse of Nathan Spencer, owner of Spencer 4 Hire Roofing. We have been married for 23 years and re - located in the Ahwatukee area since 2008. Our goal is to maintain our family operated business in the Ahwatukee area and pass it down to our children in the future. I currently hold a B.S. degree in Business (obtaining it at the age of 53 years old) and my undergrad degree in HR management. I am currently the HR Director of Spencer 4 Hire Roofing managing the hiring process, the recruitment process, and employment relations. I am a 3rd generation Arizonan, hailing from Kingman Az.
